1.    To assist in programme planning, production, and coordination of stage performances, promotional events, and ad hoc projects as assigned;

2.    To assist in strategic communication planning to enhance Company branding and promote awareness among stakeholders;

3.    To co-ordinate with internal departments and external groups on project and event implementation;

4.    To prepare publicity materials, manage media networks, and explore opportunities for public exposure for positive media relationships and effective brand building;

5.    To explore marketing and promotional opportunities to enhance the promotional effectiveness of Company stage and community projects;

6.    To compile reports, provide a full spectrum of administrative support to senior management; and

7.    To carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors.

1. Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above, major in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, and Theatre Production preferred;

2. A minimum of 1 year of solid working experience in arts marketing and theatre production;

3. Strong interest in stage performance and theatrical arts;

4. Innovative sense in promotional initiatives of performing arts activities;

5. Detail-minded and self-motivated, with strong communication and coordination skills;

6. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; and
7. Knowledge of graphic design basics and social media tools is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Fringe benefits include rest days, public holidays, annual leave, birthday leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, medical insurance, employee compensation insurance, and MPF.
