- Degree holder, preferably with knowledge of or a strong interest in drama and the performing arts.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in programme management, communications, or related fields (arts and culture sector experience preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Excellent organisational and project‑management competencies.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in marketing, media relations, or publicity is an advantage.
- Budgeting and planning experience preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include rest days, public holidays, annual leave, birthday leave, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, medical insurance, employee’s compensation insurance, and MPF.
