Since 2019, Chung Ying Theatre Company has been participating in the "Taking Centre Stage: School Performing Arts in Practice Scheme," organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. The “Creative Fairy Tales” Drama Creation in Practice Project is offered to students. Throughout the project, “process drama” is applied to character analysis and the creation of the story endings. To celebrate the entire drama creation journey, a graduation performance is showcased within the school. To promote Chinese culture, "The Yellow River Chronicles: A Devised Theatre of Chinese Legendary Heroes" Drama Creation in Practice Project has been launched. Each school year focuses on a famous figure from Chinese history or literature. The project expands target to include secondary school students, and will continue to promote Chinese culture in the future.
