Mr Kwong Kam Chuen graduated as bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying) in Hong Kong.

Kwong now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chung Ying Theatre Company.
